Delete your Director AI account

You can permanently delete your Director AI account, made by Boby AI Yazılım A.Ş., and the data associated with it at any time. Deletion cannot be undone.

Delete in the app

1. Open Director AI and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account, then confirm with Delete account.

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the store first, or it keeps renewing. A web subscription purchased on directorvideo.ai is cancelled automatically.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@directorvideo.ai from the email address of your account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We may ask you to confirm the request before deleting the account to protect it from someone else’s request.

Data that is deleted

• Your account, profile, sign-in methods, and sessions.
• Uploaded images, video, and audio, including avatar photos.
• Generated content: movies, images, storyboards, audio, characters, custom scenes, and generation history.
• Credit balance, credit history, and purchase history.

Account records are deleted immediately. Stored media is removed within about an hour, after any generation that was still running has stopped.

Data that is kept

• Payment records: Paddle, Apple, Google, and RevenueCat keep the purchase and subscription records they process under their own retention policies and legal obligations.
• Operational logs and backups: security and operational logs and database backups are kept for a limited period before they expire.
